• Gift Cards are available in any denomination and are non-refundable. Cards may not be divided into smaller amounts. If lost or stolen, your card will be replaced or re-issued.
  Please note: Gift cards must be presented at time of service.
  
  
• Gratuity- If you enjoyed your services and feel it is appropriate, a 15%-20% gratuity is customary and always appreciated.
  
  
• Cancellations- Swiss Clinique appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours notice.
  Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time will be billed at 50% the fee for services scheduled.
  
  
• Medical- Please notify us of any allergies, recent surgeries, or other health concerns. It is always advisable to consult with your physician about any medical concerns you have before receiving treatments or other services.
